Scott Wilcox, founder of Sicuro Group, combines entrepreneurialism with deep expertise in security and logistics. With over 20 years of experience in challenging regions, he is driven by a passion for solving complex problems through technology, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Nigel Lea
Group CEO
Nigel’s experience includes advising government departments (UAE, UK, USA) and leading a number of commercial organizations to achieve significant growth. Predominantly focused on conflict and post-conflict countries, Nigel’s experience includes risk management, support services, and logistics. In 2018, Nigel joined Sicuro Group with a remit to develop and grow the business.

Toby joined Sicuro Group in 2022 after 11 years in the private security and risk sector.

Executive Manager
Charis manages the marketing and business support teams of Sicuro Group. Charis works closely with our senior leadership to support the inter-regional teams’ implementation of strategies and brand awareness. Charis holds a BSc and MBA, specializing in professional marketing. Charis joined Sicuro Group in 2012, having previously managed multiple teams in the e-commerce sector.
Albert Abe
Technical Operations Manager
Albert is a certified electronics engineer with a BSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Joining Sicuro Group in 2014, he is responsible for organizing Sicuro Technology's projects, including remote and in-country support, managing complex mobilization and installation efforts, overseeing product/service innovations, and managing IT administration.

Neste, a board-certified engineer, has been with Sicuro Group since 2013. He started as a shift engineer and has progressed to managing both operational & engineering aspects of the company's solutions delivery. Before joining Sicuro Group, Neste worked at Samsung as a Quality Control engineer in an optical disk drive manufacturing plant. His professional background also includes experience as a Conformance Analyst, where he focused on certifying electronic products.

Senior Engineer
Joman, a board-certified engineer, has been with Sicuro Group since 2018. As a Shift Engineer, he provides technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site installation assistance to clients throughtout the Middle East and Africa. Before joining Sicuro Group, Joman spent over four years as an electronics engineer for a U.S. semiconductor manufacturer. His expertise in telematics, communications, & fleet operations enables him to deliver outstanding support to our clients.

Commercial Support Associate
Commercial Support Associate, Aloha, is responsible for providing support to the Sicuro Technology sales and operations. This includes handling business development administration, providing after-sales support, managing logistics, and organizing planning and deployment. Aloha joined Sicuro in 2018 and has a BSc in Industrial Engineering, along with extensive experience in project coordination in the Middle East.
Jerry Manalang
Chief Accountant
Jett is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BSc in Accountancy. At Sicuro, Jett is responsible for managing the team of CPA accountants and overseeing the financial planning and corporate reporting for the Group. Jett has an extensive background in accounting and finance, having previously held various accounting and financial analyst roles in the UAE and the Philippines.
Whymee Padero
HR Manager
Whymee joined Sicuro Group in 2010 as an office support and HR executive. Over the years, she has worked her way up to her current position, where she manages the company's HR, Corporate Admin, and Logistics functions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management.
